Contact Information:
call (503) 336-0776 during normal business hours:
(8:00 AM - 5:00 PM M-F PST).
After hours, I have voice mail through Comcast Digital Voice,
and will respond within three (3) business days to your call.
Payments:
I prefer Paypal! And, I only accept credit cards through my paypal merchant account.
As an alternative, I will accept payment by personal check, cashiers check or money order.
(There is a waiting period of up to 10-days for personal checks to clear, which will delay shipment).
Shipping & Handling:
Due to the unpredictable and varying cost of transport,
the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping & handling fees at all times,
(unless otherwise noted).
I ship all items via UPS or FedEx and require insurance for no less than the total value of the item(s) purchased.
The cost of S&H is not included in the originally quoted prices,
and will be calculated and added into the total at the time of payment.
Refund Policy:
All of my pieces come with a 30-day money back, satisfaction guarantee,
(minus the shipping & handling fees).
Warranty:
I use only professional quality Softflex stringing wire and studio quality glass,
crystals and semi-precious stone beads along with 100% metal findings,
(and I never use acrylic beads or coated plastics or non-metallic findings).
Because all of my work is handmade, it is thus imperfect by nature;
in the event that an item becomes structurally flawed or falls apart,
I will restring / reassemble any item within the first 90 days at no extra charge,
and I will split the cost of shipping and handling if, (and only if),
the defect is due to a manufacturing problem or error,
(and not from obvious gross neglect or abuse on the part of the buyer).
Please be sure to include ALL components so that I can properly reconstruct the item to its original condition!
Repair Service:
Additionally, I offer a fee-based restringing / repair service.
If, at any time after 90 days, your piece becomes damaged and you wish to have it repaired,
I will do so for a nominal fee.
The buyer will be expected to pay full cost of shipping and handling in this case.
To receive a repair estimate, simply complete the Contact Me form with a complete description of the problem.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
The buyer is exclusively responsible for the care of their unique jewelry-art treasure.
I highly recommend the use of a gentle jewelry cleaning agent on a regular basis
to keep the metals from tarnishing or fading and the beads from becoming dull and dingy.
Because I use mostly plated brass and pewter findings,
I recommend using a product that is designed specifically for base metals, but is safe for beadwork.
